Dear Loyal Patient,

The vision of our practice is to provide the highest standard of dental care for our patients. We value our patients and appreciate that they have chosen us to be their partners in achieving lifelong oral health.

We would like to inform you of a change in our provider status with Delta Dental and Aetna Dental. We have found that the quality of our dental care combined with insurance regulations have yielded a cross-purpose with our vision. As of December 31, 2021, our office status will be changed to an “Out of Network” provider. This means that you may still be seen in our office and use your dental benefits. We will still file your claims as in the past and you will pay your estimated copay at each visit. Should the benefit from Delta Dental and Aetna Dental vary from our estimate, you will be billed the balance. In many cases, the percentages of coverage for PPO plans are the same whether you go in or out of network. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to see how these changes will directly affect you.

Effective December 31, 2021, we will no longer accept Aetna Dental Access.

Currently, if you have outstanding treatment and would like to maximize your dental benefits while we are still in-network, please contact our office right away to get scheduled. 

We will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your dental insurance.
